A healthy list of new features and fixes

With this release comes a number of improvements to the Trip Builder workflow.

Changes

• V2 Trip Builder
  • Added a terrain height slider to the Settings interface to allow for further customization of the Trip builder experience.
  • Added the ability to search without being in an active session in the Trip Builder. Any result clicked here will cause the map to focus on it and a pin to be placed at that location.
  • Added a new fly to location button in the search UI which when clicked on will cause the map to focus on it and a pin to be placed at that location.
  • Updated the context menu to be much more fully-featured. Check it out and let me know if there are any other actions you'd like to see in there!
• General Items
  • Added a new way to add multiple Places to a Trip as Waypoints
  • Added a new way to add multiple waypoints to Places
  • Improved Places filtering by implementing a logical AND to provide better filter results.
  • Provided a way to export selected Places.
  • Improved the loop to button at the bottom of every Section to provide the user a way to choose whether they want to loop to the beginning of the Section or the beginning of the Trip.

Fixes

• General Items
  • Corrected the convert to routable functionality which wasn't functioning properly
  • Corrected an issue where typing would cause a new Section to be created
  • Corrected some logic when importing new Places from a GPX file.
