A reworked map legend that finally keeps up with you

I received some great feedback on the new map legend implementation. Based on that feedback I've made the feature even more useful. There are a number of other quality-of-life changes and bug fixes as well to improve the overall user experience.

Changes

• An even better map legend experience Premium feature
  • The Map Legend has been reworked to make it even more useful
  • Now when you toggle layers on and off, or mark them as starred, the changes are made instantly on the map without reloads occuring
  • Changes you make are persisted to your settings so the next time you load the app on any device it will reflect your latest selections
  • You can also save your selections to profiles that can be easily switched between
  • You can easily switch between all / none / invert when making your selections
• General Items
  • Improved styling alignment for gravel and dirt
  • Search field should work better with touch devices
  • Toggles and checkboxes should work better with touch devices
  • Added a close button for the map feature details card for touch devices
  • Updated land usage representation on the map across all categories, including military areas
  • Added support for HTML in the trip description and section description fields
  • Added an additional minor version indicator to help ensure resources are loaded properly by the client with a minor version has been released

Fixes

• General Items
  • Users should no longer get "stuck" when trying to log in
  • Track styles that were missing from the map legend in satellite view are now present
  • No go areas now render properly as they're being built
  • When a date is set during GPX import it will no longer respect dates that are too old (such as epoch)
