Places implementation has been improved

One of the biggest performance impacts on the site right now is Places, especially for those of you who have a lot of them. In an attempt to alleviate some of that struggle, I've updated the Places interface to now show a limited set, by adding pagination. Each page shows up to 60 entries. Filtering, sorting and searching all still apply, and the pages are updated to reflect that input. I've found a significant improvement in V2 with this change. There is still more work to be done, and I understand that it's not ideal when things are sluggish. I'm working toward better and better performance with every update.
